The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new community centre and reconstruction of an existing church and a parish in Ostrava-Kunčičky. The aim of the thesis is to revitalize the area of the potential centre of happenings in Kunčičky and to respond appropriately to the context and character of the place. The design works with objects equally and creates a solid image of the spiritual and community centre. The building complex helps to activate the site itself and its surroundings and brings a new impulse to community life in the area. Community centre and interventions in the existing buildings efficiently and adequately use the parcel. The design strives to use the potential of the place and works with hidden links to the surroundings. The resulting solution is characterized by its multilayer nature. Partial fragments help to create a complex unit with a number of new outdoor areas of different character, scale and utilization. Two-storey compact structure of the community centre includes social and leisure time facilities. The chosen technology of the building is in accordance with the specific social structure in the area and the operational and economy aspect alongside. The main goal in the reconstruction of the church buildings and parish is to build up on their values, uplift qualities and to purify them from inappropriate elements.

The thesis researches the ability of use of Python programming language in the field of high school education and uses qualitative and quantitative methods of research and finds Python suitable. The thesis also brings theoretical analysis of the Python language, including practical exams in the form of sample programs. It researchs even other programming languages used in education and their suitability for this purpose and compares them with Python programming language. It also finds two most common used programming languages at high schools, which are Pascal / Object Pascal and Java.

v anglickém jazyce Theoretical and Practical Aspect of Unit-linked Insurance Abstract United-linked insurance (ULI) is the most widely sold type of life insurance in the Czech Republic; frequently, however, this product is sold to clients without respecting their investment profile and financial needs (mis-selling); mis-selling, in turn, results in the loss of confidence in the system of financial distribution and its efficiency. Even though the current legislation offers tools to mitigate mis-selling (not only) of ULI, in practice such legal regulation proves to be insufficient. The causes of this relate to both the distributors and their customers, as well as to the financial products themselves. Behavioural research has proven marked shortcomings in the economic and legal understanding of a human being as a homo economicus, i.e. as a rationally acting agent. A number of studies evidence that people oftentimes demonstrate limited rationality, which negatively impacts financial distribution, in that these cognitive errors may be purposefully and skilfully abused by distributors who use their marketing and sales strategies to the clients' disadvantage. The Analysis of the pupils' work with the program "Obkreslovačka"

The main goal of this work is to chart interaction of children with the {\clqq}Obkreslovačka`` game. I primarily focus on various strategies for solving exercises where pupils are supposed to encircle certain shapes. I propose and describe three different strategies and evaluate their existence. Part of this work is a statistic compilation of pupil´s success rates while solving exercises from individual sets as well as the statistics of success of each set. I examine the way how children work with this program {--} what problems do they have, what is easy for them and which exercises cause them the biggest problems. I focus on the differences between boys and girls while using concrete strategies and the differences while solving exercises. I am evaluating the suitability of the ``Obkreslovačka{\crqq} game for pupils and recommending this game to a specific age group. Part of my work is based on theoretical knowledge and supplemental data, part is based on my own practical experiences. practicalexperiences.

The goal of this thesis is to compare regular accountancy and simplified accountancy called tax evidence and to decide which system is more suitable for a farm of a private farmer as for labour consumption, financial and tax benefits for the farm management and restrictions by regulations.
